About these terms
These terms apply when you book a visit at Costa Adeje, a studio of Lava Massage, at Av. de Europa 18, 38660 Costa Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, through our website, bot or by phone. By booking you accept them.
Booking
Please give correct contact details so we can confirm and remind you of your visit. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation. Please arrive a few minutes early; if you are late, your session may be shorter so the next client is not delayed.
Cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 hours before the start, using the link in your confirmation, your account or by contacting us. Later changes are possible only by contacting the studio. We may cancel or move a booking if a master is unavailable; we will tell you as soon as possible and offer another time.
No-shows
If you do not come and do not cancel in time, the visit is marked as a no-show. After repeated no-shows we may ask you to confirm future bookings by phone or decline online bookings.
Payment
You pay at the studio after or before your session, at the prices shown at the time of booking. We do not take online payments.
Health
Massage is not medical treatment. Please tell your master about any health conditions, pregnancy, injuries or medication before the session. Your master may adapt or decline a session if it could be unsafe for you.
Minors
Clients under 18 may be served only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who must make the booking and may be asked to be present.
Liability
We provide our services with care and skill. We are not liable for harm caused by health information that was not disclosed to us, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain and applicable European Union law. Disputes go to the competent courts of your place of residence if you are a consumer. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
